Returns
If you change your mind you can return Ligne Roset furniture only within 14 days of delivery. You must inform Us in writing at the address specified in the Dispatch Confirmation.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any bespoke Products made to your order (i.e. any non-express delivery items).
The furniture must be in saleable condition and packaged appropriately for return delivery, if this is not the case we reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the Products while they are in your possession.
You must either:
- return the Product(s) to Us in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk, or
- arrange for us to pick up the Product in which case you will be responsible for paying any pick up fee;

Refunds
Your refund will be processed as soon as practicable and not more than 30 days after the date you give us notice of cancellation. We will only make a refund using the same method of payment You originally used to pay for the Product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
